Committees within the Tile Association

There are a variety of Tile Association committees which meet regularly to manage aspects of the organisation for the benefit of members, including:

• General Purposes Committee
  Deals with all aspects of membership, member benefits, subscriptions and TTA members' meeting.

• Marketing Committee
  Arranges events such as the annual TTA Awards, the marketing of the Association and its members through the media and press. It is the liason point for trade magazines and shows, and the TTA website.

• Supply Chain Training Committee
  Responsible for working with training organisations such as Association for Ceramic Training and Development on all matters relating to training for the supply chain.

• Tile Fixer Training Committee
  Responsible for working with training organisations such as Construction Skills on all matters relating to training for tile fixers.

• Technical Committee
  The means of representation on British, European and International Standards Committees on tiles, tile fixing, adhesives and grouts. The Committee are responsible for the drafting of TTA technical documents and advice notes and the TTA inspection service.
