Advertising Policy

Advertisers do not need to be members of The Tile Association, however members will benefit from discounted rates. Members will be asked to provide their membership number at the time of booking

Adverts should be legal, decent, honest and truthful. The Tile Association will not publish adverts which misuse trademarks, make false claims or contravene UK legislation.

The TTA will approve all adverts before they go online. The TTA retains the right to refuse to take any adverts it considers inappropriate.

Advertisements must relate to a genuine single specific job title within the wall and floor tile industry.

The time frame will be four weeks continuous listing from the date that the advert is uploaded to the TTA website.

Adverts will be displayed chronologically.

Cancellations and amendments
All purchases are protected by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. If you change your mind after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet processed the advertisement we will accept a cancellation without charge.

There is no right to cancel an advertisement once it has gone live.

Once the advert has gone live the Tile Association retains the right to make only minor amendments only, for example, correction of phone numbers.

Referrals
The Tile Association will publish the advertisement on its website and will not be held responsible for finding suitable candidates.

Complaints
The Tile Association will take note of complaints received from job seekers.
