CP Group announces further growth with its acquisition of Creta Ceramica Ltd

Leading tile manufacturer CP Group has announced its acquisition of the tile distribution business of Creta Ceramica Ltd…

…a major regional tile distributor, following the news that Creta has entered into administration.

CP’s (Ceramic Prints) acquisition of Creta Ceramica’s trade assets is a major development for the company that paves the way for CP to expand its distribution operation to independent trade customers.

The acquisition forms part of a positive on-going growth strategy for the company, which has recently seen the CP Group expand its sales force for its growing Contracts division and appoint a Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead CP’s dedicated marketing operation.

CP will continue to serve Creta’s strong network of independent retailers and is committed to delivering a first class service on all existing lines, focusing on 100% stock availability and on time deliveries.

In the longer term, CP Group will look to expand its product offer to retailers, introducing new lines and styles across its exclusive portfolio of floor, wall and decorative tiles, and will begin to roll out increased marketing collateral to support retailers.
