Insurance Warranty a Winner All-Round

Natural Stone Emporium presents its first certificate for TTA warranty

Since getting The Tile Association backed Insurance Warranty Scheme up and running running, Natural Stone Emporium and its customers have been reaping the rewards. This month saw the Stone Emporium present an insurance certificate to its very first client to benefit from the scheme.

Lee Cheetham of the Natural Stone Emporium says: “The Insurance Warranty Scheme provides benefits all round – not only does it give customers added peace of mind, it also gives us an edge competitively. We have a proven track record and know we do a good job but the insurance is just additional endorsement of our professionalism.”

Natural Stone Emporium client, Christine, added: “The insurance is a great idea and tells you straight away that you are dealing with a professional company. Natural Stone Emporium did a wonderful job, tiling a complex extension floor in our home, installing under floor heating and matching existing natural stone tiles perfectly. We have been delighted with the results and the insurance warranty is the icing on the cake, so to speak.”

The Tile Association Insurance Protection Scheme provides customers with a six year guarantee, dating from the completion of works. Once payment is made in full customers are given a policy request form and unique policy request number that they have to complete and send to Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW) to activate the insurance.
