Driving for Better Business
Some four thousand businesses have joined the Government funded programme, Driving for Better Business, which is a programme to raise awareness in the business community and public sector about the importance of work related road safety.
With an unacceptable number of injuries and deaths on the roads each year and with corporate manslaughter legislation beginning to bite there is a need to take action. The bottom line is that employers are responsible for the safety of their employees when they drive for work.
