Design and construction process for swimming pools

This document has been written with the aim of providing advice for all parties involved in the process of designing, building and maintaining internal and external swimming pools. It is not intended to include sea water pools and specialist advice should be sought on these type of swimming pools. For many years, the favoured materials for swimming pools have been ceramic tiles and mosaics. For this reason this document has concentrated on swimming pools clad with these materials.
