The centrepiece of Allsopp’s Pub is its bespoke 3D tile relief, inspired by the venue’s brand logo – the iconic ‘Allsopp Hand’. This project is a testament to Craven Dunnill Jackfield’s commitment to innovation, precision and collaboration.

A comprehensive Mapei system has been used in the refurbishment of tiled and rendered areas at Kentish Town Underground Station, including Mapei mortars, adhesive, grout, sealant, UltraCare maintenance products and protective paint system.

Congratulations to Elite Tiling Ltd for winning the Best Commercial Project – Large (over 250m2) – Hospitality & Leisure 2025 TTA Award for their project Cozenton Park Sports Centre!

This £24 million redevelopment project prepared and tiled by Elite Tiling, featuring an ARDEX tiling solution, covers a lane pool, wave machine, flume, beach area, and a high-tech gym accommodating 156 pool users and 40 gym users.

Congratulations to A&L Tiling Ltd & Genesis Global Systems Ltd for winning the Best Commercial Project – Large (over 250m2) – Retail & Car Showrooms 2025 TTA Award for their project Omoda Car Showroom!

This Omoda car showroom refurbishment project in Cardiff by A&L Tiling and Genesis Global Systems entailed the removal of 420m² of old floor tiles and fit of new 600mmx600mm porcelain tiles, as well as new movement joints and illuminated flooring, in a narrow timeframe of just two weeks.

Congratulations to Dyson-Briggs & Sons Ltd for winning the Best Commercial Project – Large (over 250m2) – Residential & Offices 2025 TTA Award for their project Arbuthnot Latham, London!

This fit-out project featured the installation of large-format porcelain tiles laid in an intricate pattern within a curved, bronze inlay which required waterjet cutting off-site. A standout feature of the project was the bespoke and pre-fabricated curved staircase in the reception area.

Congratulations to Opus Tile Restoration for winning the Best Heritage Project 2025 TTA Award for their project Barnsley Civic, South Yorkshire!

Opus Tile Restoration carried out an intensive mosaic restoration, installing tessara tiles around 10mmx10mm in size, at Barnsley Civic using traditional techniques and methods. The Grade II listed building, known as the Civic Hall, was built in the heart of Barnsley in 1877, having served the public for over 150 years.

Lower Shepley Farmhouse is a characterful property without walls or floors being straight or level, featuring beams, door frames and irregular features. For Leam Terrace in Leamington Spa, Westwoods Tiling completed the installation of a beautiful hallway floor in a grade 2 listed Georgian Town House.

Atlas Tiling used 2.8mx1.2m marble-effect porcelain tiles with mitred and colour-matching resin edges, combined with wood effect tiles, to create a seamless look that emphasises modern aesthetics and functionality. The project also won Best Bathroom in the UK at BKU Awards. in the UK at BKU Awards.

TTA Awards 2025 Raises An Impressive £8,355 For Charity

This year’s TTA Awards raised an impressive £8,355 thanks to the generosity of all who bidded and those that kindly put forward charity auction prizes: ASCER, Banks & Lloyd (Shipping) Ltd, Celtic Manor Resort, Confindustria Ceramica, Hilton Birmingham Metropole, Tile Mountain and UltraTile.

All charity contributions will be split equally between Children Today and the Lighthouse Charity. This donation builds on TTA’s more than 20 year relationship with Children Today, collectively raising over £75,000.

Plus, it continues to grow support for the Lighthouse Charity, along with TTA’s dedicated Wellbeing Support page and mental health ambassador programme helping to signpost resources and provide confidential member support.

Many of TTA’s mental health ambassadors were also present at The Tiling Show 2025. Contact details for any ambassador can be found on TTA’s Wellbeing Support page.
