Starter: BBQ pulled pork and sweet potato terrine with sweetcorn, pepper and coriander salsa dressed with chimichurri mayo
Main: Red wine and thyme braised blade of beef on chive creamed potato with charred parsnip and carrot finished with a reduced cooking liquor
Dessert: Warm sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce
Vegan Option:
Starter: Caponatina of Mediterranean vegetables, grilled courgette and olive Vegan Feta crumbs (Vegan)
Main:Plant based chicken, asparagus and caramelised leek Wellington with potato mash, grilled vegetables and tomato gravy (Vegan)
