TTA Members can access the Construction Industry Joint Taxation Committee?s (JTC) monthly tax guidance newsletter as a key benefit of the Association’s Build UK membership.
Build UK advised that Members often register the difficulties they face in complying with changes to taxation rules and regulations, and can now access the JTC newsletter which is publicised monthly on Newsline and includes guidance on challenging issues and direct responses to taxation queries.
The January edition includes:
? A summary of the important tax issues affecting the industry
? New advisory fuel rates for company car drivers, which now apply as of December 2016
? Advice regarding travel expenses for workers paid under CIS
? Information on Scottish Government tax rates for the period 2017/18.
